Whitney and Cody

I was so excited to have Cody visit me for the weekend.  My mom picked us up from the YMCA and we headed to the Girl Scout Olympics at Ritter Park in Cary.  Cody watched through the window in the car while I participated in lots of games.  Later Friday night Cody watched as my Mom and Dad and I all played the Wii for a little while and then it was time for bed.  We made Cody a special bed right next to mine. 

Saturday was a busy day.  I had breakfast with Cody and then I had to leave for my swim lessons and then on to a birthday party for a friend.  Cody waited in the car, because I wanted to make sure he didn’t get wet at the pool.  Saturday night was the Girl Scouts Father/Daughter dance.  Since I was getting dressed up for the dance, I thought that Cody might want to get dressed up too, so I put some bows and his ears and his tail.  He looked super cute!

 

On Sunday we took Cody to lunch at Moe’s and then we went to a garden center where Cody and I walked around and looked at all of the pretty flowers.  Later that afternoon, Cody watched as I helped my mom work in the yard to pull weeds and trim bushes.  When we were finished, Cody and I played dress up.  I dressed him in lots of different hats, gloves, shoes.  Then Cody and I decided to watch a movie together.  We watched Open Season 3.  Cody loved the movie.  After that it was time for dinner, a little bit of homework and then off to bed.
